Nothing can physically stop aging, but it's important to realise that the whole aging process is just a conversation we have. It's a story. We've made up the concept of time and how long it lasts, and aging is just a by-product of it.
Still, there are things that ‘happen' to our bodies as time goes by. We must be responsible for that, and do what we can to not necessarily stop looking older, because that's a bit pointless, but stay as healthy and as happy as we can possibly be.
We know all this. It isn't a secret. But knowing isn't enough because if it was, there would be no weight problems, and no relationship issues. So here's a start, and if we're serious, we'll do these as a natural and joyous part of living:
1. Eat fruit and vegetables every day
2. Drink plenty of fresh, uncontaminated water, every day
3. Live happily
4. Find your passion in life, and live it
5. Smile and laugh a lot with people
6. Make friends
7. Be honest, both with yourself and others
8. Stay away from dairy
9. Do things you love doing
10. Love and allow yourself to be loved back
11. Find an exercise you enjoy doing, and do it
12. Swim
13. Walk
14. Sleep well
15. Stay away from drugs, including cigarettes and excessive alcohol
16. Go to places you love to visit
17. Listen to music that touches you
18. Live in the moment
19. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. Most of the stuff we worry about is rarely as bad as it seems.
20. Communicate
21. Be responsible
22. Write a list of 1001 things you want to do in life, and begin crossing them off
23. A dozen hugs a day
24. Eat less processed food
25. Reduce causes of stress and depression in your life
26. Never retire. If you love and have a passion for what you do, why would you?
27. Treat yourself and others
28. Give
29. Share
30. Live NOW, not yesterday or tomorrow
31. Be patient
32. Care for those around you
33. Never give in
34. Choose your life. Choose it!
And never try and do it alone. No one ever has, and I don't expect anyone ever will.
And Good Luck :o)
